Who is Alan Shirahama?
Alan Shirahama is a well-known Filipino-Japanese celebrity, performer, actor and DJ in Japan. He is a member of the popular Japanese groups EXILE, GENERATIONS and PKCZ®. In 2023, he was appointed a Tourism Ambassador for the Philippines in Japan by the Philippine Department of Tourism, helping promote Philippine destinations, culture and travel to the Japanese market.

Gallery by Chele Received the Philippines’ First Green Star
In the 2026 selection, Gallery by Chele received both One MICHELIN Star and the Philippines’ first Green Star for its commitment to local sourcing, waste reduction and sustainable practices.
In May 2026, MICHELIN announced that the Green Star would be discontinued and replaced by the new “Mindful Voices” editorial platform. Gallery by Chele’s recognition in the 2026 edition remains part of the official record.
