① In order to use this site, communications tools, softwares, telephone subscriptions, etc. shall be handled by the user. Moreover, additional connection fees that may occur while using this site will be shouldered by the user.

③ Information posted by the users shall become the property of the site. Moreover, users shall not use moral rights of authors against the company.

  2. Acts which violate the Terms of service of the company, acts affecting the services, and threatening the company.
  3. Unauthorized access of User ID and password.
  4. Acts violating the rights of other users, third parties' copyrights, and their privacies.
  5. Acts violating the copyrights of other users, threatening our company and other third parties rights.
  6. Acts contrary to public order and morals, and acts that violates laws and regulations.
  7. Other acts which the company deemed unjust or inappropriate.

Article 7. Disclaimer

① Our company does not guarantee accuracy and completeness of information in this site. Our company holds itself free from liabilities caused by the information to users and to other third party groups.
② Our company shall not take responsibility from damages caused by inappropriate use of the users of the site.
③ When linked to other services, the company does not hold itself liable to any inappropriate acts done on the linked sites.

Article 8. User Posts and Uploads

① The user is responsible for all materials uploaded in this site. When undesirable posts are discovered, our company reserves the right to modify or delete the contents without prior notice to the user. Our company has the right to define whether the posts and other uploaded contents are applicable or not. Please understand that our company may not reply when modification, editing, or deleting posts during the following circumstances:
  1. Contrary to public order and morals.
  2. Meant to degrade or devalue other individuals or groups by slandering.
  3. Infringements of copyrights that destroys reputations.
  4. Violate copyright materials, trademarks, or patents, and other intellectual property rights.

  7. Advertising in nature, regardless whether the cause is profit or non-profit.
  8. Contrary to international laws and regulations.
  9. Argumentative in nature, like religion and politics.
  10. Affecting minor negatively like pictures of obscenity, and porn-related materials.
  11. Causing ethnic and racial discrimination.
  12. Judged to be inappropriate from an ethical point of view.
  13. Repetitive, multiple, copied, and with same contents from other posts.
  14. Meaningless and unrelated to the site.
  15. In violation of the terms and service of this site.
  16. Any posts that are considered inappropriate by the site.

Article 9. Membership Registration

① Membership registration is required to enable use of this site.
② User must promptly notify our company for any changes in information, and must do so accordingly to the prescribed procedures.
③ The management has the right to refuse membership if user is found out to provide wrong and inaccurate information, or when there is a violation in the terms of service. The management reserves the right to delete accounts and refuse re-entry of membership. Dormant accounts for long periods of time will be deleted.

Article 10. Notification

① Our company issues notifications to users in our site, or through emails, or any other mode of communications suitable and available.

Article 11. Article Revisions

① Our company reserves the right to amend and change this agreement any time without prior notice, and users must understand and agree to this beforehand.

Article 12. Changing or Termination of This Service

① Our company may change this service without prior notice to users. Moreover, our company may stop or terminate this service without advance notice to users.
② In the event of change or termination of service, our company holds itself free from any liabilities towards the users or third parties.

Article 13. Others

① We reserve the right to claim damages from the users if and when the latter is causing problems which violate the terms of service or any other illegal acts that affect the company.
