TAHO by The House of Taho

“tah-ho” is your breakfast protein in a cup.

Its base is a very bland, soft version of warm silky tofu that’s sweetened with arnibal (“ar-nee-bahl”), a caramelized sugar syrup (the best uses sugarcane-based muscovado) and topped with tiny sago (“sah-goh”), gummy balls or pearls from the sago palm. It is very delicious.

Traditionally, it is sold in the streets in the morning. But House of Taho is always available to serve you.

SUMILON ISLAND

The Island of Sumilon is located at the southeastern tip of the Municipality of Oslob in the province of Cebu.

WHALE SHARK WATCHING

Do you want to swim with the gentle giants?

Travel to Oslob, the south of Cebu and experience swimming with the whale sharks!

They are as big as a bus, but they will never hurt anyone because they are very gentle and friendly.

The municipality of Oslob is the one managing the activity.

A friendly reminder, if you want to swim with them, do not wear sunscreen or sunblock cream. It is one of the ground rules there.

The watching time is from 6:00 AM to 12:00 NN only. The travel time going to Oslob is around 4 hours.

So be sure to go there early so that you can spend more time with the giants.
